Cicilline Statement on Terrorist Attack in Jerusalem

WASHINGTON, DC– U.S. Congressman David Cicilline (D-RI) released the following statement today regarding the terrorist attack in Jerusalem this week that killed one person and wounded several others:

“My condolences go out to the friends and family of the innocent woman who was killed in Jerusalem and all those who were injured by a terrible act of violence inflicted by terrorists.

“I condemn unprovoked violence against innocent civilians and encourage our international community to fully support the people of Israel as they defend themselves against continued terrorism.

“I am committed to security for Israel and it is my hope that peaceful negotiations can resume in the wake of this deplorable attack on innocent civilians.”
