Housing Resource Fair

If you are having trouble paying your rent, staying current on your mortgage, are in foreclosure proceedings or want to learn about housing resources, please come to my Housing Fair.

Loan counselors from banks and housing counseling agencies will be on hand to offer free and confidential one-on-one counseling to those facing or concerned about foreclosure or eviction.

Come learn about the options and programs available to help you avoid foreclosure or eviction as well as the various housing tax credits and energy efficiency options you may want to consider.

To receive one-on-one mortage/eviction counseling Please bring the following items:
Recent paycheck stubs
Bank account statements
Driver’s license or picture ID
Social Security card
Income tax returns, including W-2 forms
Hardship letter explaining delinquency of mortgage/rent payments or gap in
employment, statements or bills documenting all household expenses.

If applicable, please also bring:
Recent correspondence from mortgage company
Last mortgage statement
Current property tax bill
Proof of homeowners insurance
