Cicilline Statement on Rosh Hashanah

U.S. Congressman David Cicilline (D-RI) issued the following statement in observance of Rosh Hashanah, which begins at sundown tonight:

“Like many Rhode Islanders, I am looking forward to celebrating Rosh Hashanah and reflecting both on the past year and the blessings of the new year ahead.  Today, as we observe the start of the Jewish New Year, I am especially reminded of the importance of faith, family, and justice.  I wish all those celebrating today a good and sweet new year.  Shanah Tovah!”
